I'm extremely upset about this!?

I'm going on a field trip in a few days and my parents do not let me hang with one of the girls in my group because she got me sent to the office. So, my dad decided to request to my teacher if I could be put into any other group except the one I'm in now. I am a popular kid and don't ant to be put with the goody-too-shoes! I'm sure that is what my teacher will do, but I'm really upset now. I don't want to have a really crappy time on my first trip to Disney, but I don't want to be in a loser group when no one wants to go on any roller coasters which means I can't go on because everyone in the group HAS to either go on the coaster or not go on. What do you think I should do tomorrow if I have a shizzy time?

I'm extremely upset about this!?
If you're having a "shizzy" time, consider trying to be a little more open minded. Just because somebody isn't the "popular" kid doesn't make them afraid of roller coasters. And here's a crazy idea ... maybe you'll actually find something to like about them.

You should watch The Breakfast Club sometime.
Reply:I think u should talk to ur parents tell them how u feel. They might understand. Hey at least ur going to Disney that sounds fun!
Reply:Just grin and bare it. There are going to be a lot of times in your life when you are forced to work with people you don't like. You should try going in with an open mind (don't think "this is gonna be horrible" or "these are the most annoying people ever" or "I'm gonna have a 'shizzy' time"). It may turn out that one of the people in your group is really nice or likes roller coasters. It's only one day and you can always ask your group leader if you can hang out with the other group for part of the time.
Reply:If you don't want to hang out with the others in your group, you can be darn sure that they don't want to hang out with you either. Nobody likes a snob.
Reply:Don't worry. Disney's coasters are really lame. They will go on them.
Reply:you have no say. The teachers will decide what is best and you have a lot of growing up to do. Just because you are "popular" does not mean that you are a nice person to be around. Maybe these kids won't be happy with you being in their group, especially if you go in with an attitude. Go in to whichever group being nice and friendly. Your attitude will determain the type of day you have
Reply:Not to sound like an ABC After School Special, but here's what you should do: Go to Disney with whichever group you are thrown into, and have a great time. Forget about what everyone else is doing, and make your group fun. If no one else in your group is as outgoing as you, then make things exciting and draw them out. Convince them to go on the rollercoasters and other rides with you. Most importantly, stop thinking that you are better than they are; instead, think of them as potential friends that you know nothing about. Find out who they really are.

Maybe God has placed you in this situation for a reason.
Reply:Well if you insist on getting your way maybe you shouldn't go on the trip at all. Rather than being immature and whiny about it all you could make the best of what you've been handed and go have a good time. But since you have already decided you won't you may as well stay home and avoid the let down.
