Where do you go to get roller skating wheels put on a regular pair of shoes?

u know if i had a pair of vans or nikes or chucks....and i wanted roller skating wheels put on them..where would i go locally i live in Los Angeles.

It%26#039;s a little more complicated than you might imagine...





You need to mount a plate on your shoes, which is kind of an art-form in itself. You%26#039;ll need to call a rollerskate company to figure out what size and type of plate you will want - then you%26#039;ll need to order it, along with some mounting bolts and then mount the plate. You will also need %26quot;truck%26quot; setups, wheels and bearings (unless you already have all this stuff).





As I say, it%26#039;s harder than just sticking some wheels on shoes...and not too cheap either...but worth it for a really unique pair of skates!

Heelys are like vans with heels i guess. Not my thing but lots of people i know have them. Theres genaric ones but their kind of ugly...





If you wnat to order online or look at all the styles they have go to google and search heelys and fidn their site. I think theres like 100 styles to choose from and colors :) Hope it helps
